Meet the Guide

Founder & Learning Guide at Sprout & Spiral Learning Co.

Haley Hoskin, B.Ed.

With over six years of experience as a public educator serving grades 5–8, Haley brings a deep love of learning, a strong foundation in pedagogy, and a passion for nurturing each child’s unique strengths. She holds a degree in Elementary Education from Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College and has worked extensively as a private tutor, supporting learners from kindergarten through high school.

After becoming a mother, Haley chose to leave the traditional classroom to focus on raising and educating her own children. Through her homeschooling journey, she was inspired to open her home as a collaborative learning space where children can grow together in a supportive, intentional environment.

Sprout & Spiral Learning Co. reflects her belief that education should be wholistic, weaving together nature, music, art, literature, and play with foundational academic support.

Haley brings a unique blend of professional expertise, warmth, and intuition to every learning session. Her goal is to create a space where children feel seen, supported, and inspired to grow — like the spiraling plants that give her program its name.

During her years in the classroom, Haley also served as a mathematics curriculum writer, ran an art club and a book club for middle schoolers, sponsored student council, and was a youth sports coach - creating engaging experiences that supported students’ growth beyond academics.

Her approach blends structure with creativity, and she believes deeply that children learn best when they are given space to explore, connect, and create.
